New to Yoga – Looking to take the first steps in to the practice of yoga but intimidated by setting foot in a yoga studio, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Learn the basics including Postures and Sanskrit to build your confidence in a yoga practice.
Slow Flow and Sit– Perfect for those looking to incorporate a little movement connected with the breath and ending with a seated meditation.
Vinyasa Flow –Synchronizing breath with movement to build heat within. Flowing on breath from one pose to the next allowing you to stay focused on the inhales and exhales.
Yin Yoga – In this practice , you will be applying gentle stress to your joints to maintain and increase their mobility. The postures are done on the floor and held for anywhere from 3-5 minutes.
Restorative – A gentle style of yoga using the weight of gravity to promote relaxation with the use of props. Poses are held anywhere from 5-10 minutes consisting of twists, gentle back bends and forward folds. This style of yoga can become a great meditation practice.
Slow Flow and Restore – Moving consciously from one pose to the next warm the body then allowing the body to slide into stillness with a few supported poses.
